As an Automation and OT/Telecom Engineer in our 2027 Graduate Program, you will be at the forefront of Aker BP's ambition to become the world's first AI-native E&P company. Through a series of rotations and crucial offshore and onshore placements, you will develop the skills to handle complex technical problems at the interface of hardware and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control & Safety systems optimization: Support the operation and optimization of critical control and safety systems (SAS, PCS).
• Testing & Commissioning: Participate in functional testing, loop checks, and commissioning activities for automated systems.
• System troubleshooting & Improvement: Assist in troubleshooting and performance improvement of automated systems to ensure efficient operations.
• Digitalization & Integration: Contribute to digitalization initiatives and system integration projects to enhance process efficiency.
• Multidisciplinary collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams to improve process efficiency and stability across operations.
