Through a series of rotations and a crucial offshore placement, you will develop the skills to handle complex technical problems and contribute to our goal of a 3x productivity improvement in subsea operations.

  • Diverse subsea exposure: Rotate through diverse Subsea Engineering disciplines to gain a holistic understanding of the entire value chain.
  • AI & Data application: Apply data analysis and AI tools to solve tangible technical problems in subsea operations.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and execute subsea projects from initial concept to completion.

Requirements

  • M.Sc. degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical, Marine Technology, Process, Civil, Subsea, Automation, Cybernetics, Data Science).
  • Demonstrated interest and knowledge in technology, machinery, processes, or information.
  • Working proficiency in English or Norwegian.
  • Maximum two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Must hold a valid EEA work permit.
