Control System Software Engineer (Subsea Tech)
We are looking for an experienced Control System Software Engineer to join a leading engineering environment working with advanced subsea technologies. The role involves development and delivery of control system software for complex subsea systems in a highly collaborative and innovative setting.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and test control system software for subsea systems.
- Perform modifications and upgrades to delivered control systems (aftermarket activities).
- Participate in component, functional, system, and interface testing.
- Work closely with suppliers during testing at supplier locations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams across all project phases.
- Support implementation and handover of control system software for subsea products and systems.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Automation, Cybernetics, Computer Science/IT, or a related engineering field.
- 4-8 years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience with PLC-based control systems is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
