Working Foreman / Site Supervisor – Concrete & Formwork, Bergen

Skuteviken Personell AS is seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor / Working Foreman with experience in concrete and formwork projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining practical work on-site with leadership responsibility. You will take a key role in smaller projects (typically NOK 1-20 million), where you work alongside your team while ensuring progress, quality, and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate daily work on-site (typically small teams).
• Actively participate in production work (concrete and formwork).
• Follow up project schedules and ensure steady progress.
• Order and manage materials (concrete, reinforcement steel, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures.
• Maintain checklists and required documentation.
• Participate in site meetings and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
