We are now looking for a Tendering Commercial Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of winning commercial strategies for our Subsea Production Systems tenders.

About the Role

As a Tendering Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the commercial strategy of our tenders, ensuring proposals are competitive, financially robust, and aligned with customer and business objectives. Working across Sales, Finance, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and Project Delivery functions, you will coordinate key stakeholders and drive the commercial aspects of the tender process from initial opportunity assessment through contract award and handover to execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop commercial strategies that balance competitiveness, profitability, and risk.
• Drive pricing, cost modelling, and financial analysis to support winning tender submissions.
• Review commercial requirements and contract terms, identifying key risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate stakeholders across multiple functions to ensure timely and high-quality tender deliverables.
• Support customer discussions and contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with approved commercial positions.
• Prepare and present commercial recommendations, risk assessments, and financial analyses for management approval.
• Ensure compliance with governance requirements throughout the tender lifecycle.
• Support the transition from tendering to project execution through effective commercial handover.
