Our business segment Life Cycle works closely with existing energy installations throughout their entire lifespan. As our Senior OD Specialist / Manager you will be responsible for designing, planning and executing organizational development activities across all levels of the project organization.

What will you be doing?

  • Design and implement a tailored People & Teams Management Plan aligned with company purpose, strategy and change agenda.
  • Establish and drive a project-specific transformation and improvement agenda.
  • Ensure effective organizational design and development throughout project phases and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Clarify roles, responsibilities and key interfaces.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, team interventions and development initiatives.
  • Act as a strategic sparring partner to Project Manager and leadership team.
  • Enable leaders to act as change agents and accelerate adoption of new tools, systems and ways of working.
  • Secure onboarding and integration of new personnel.
  • Support leaders in performance management and people development.
  • Strengthen communication, engagement, transparency and alignment across stakeholders.
  • Drive competence development, culture and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • You hold a higher relevant degree, preferably in Organizational or Occupational Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a similar field.
  • You possess 10+ years of solid experience within organizational development, transformation, change initiatives, or organizational design.
  • You have a strong track record in leadership development, coaching, and team effectiveness.
  • You have experience working within project and matrix organizations.
  • You are a strong communicator in both Norwegian and English, capable of building trust across all levels and disciplines.
  • You demonstrate a strong commercial mindset, linking organizational choices to project performance and results.
