Procurement Advisor
Manpower er på jakt etter en erfaren Procurement Advisor for et prosjekt i Stavanger.
Main tasks:
- Collaborate closely with Business Units to understand ambitions and needs, and to translate these into effective procurement strategies.
- Leading end-to-end contracting processes, from strategy, through tender and negotiations, to contract management and close out.
- Market analysis and benchmarking.
- Lead supply chain improvement initiatives and projects.
Contract period:
01.09.2026 - 31.07.2027
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, can be compensated with long experience.
- Minimum 10 years' experience within procurement.
- Oil & gas industry experience, preferably from operator side.
- Knowledge of Procurement Systems and project procurement.
- Excellent English and Norwegian language skills, both written and verbal.
