Job Description
We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and professional Waiter to join our hospitality team. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional breakfast experience to our guests, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly with Yes I Can! spirit.
- Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with buffet setup and replenishment if applicable.
- Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in a hotel or breakfast setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Proficiency in English and/or Norwegian.
