Information Security Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Manager

Kongsberg Maritime is strengthening its Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) team and is looking for two Information Security GRC Managers to further develop our global security governance. You will play a key role in strengthening our structured, risk-based and compliant approach to protecting information, working closely with stakeholders across IT, the business and our dedicated security team.

What you will be doing

• Drive and develop cyber- and information security governance across Kongsberg Maritime.
• Contribute to the establishment and improvement of our Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Support risk management activities and follow-up of identified risks.
• Define, measure and report on cyber and information security controls.
• Contribute to strategy and governance within identity and access management and AI.
• Develop and maintain policies, processes and documentation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to process owners and support integration of security into business processes and technology services.
• Collaborate with IT, security teams and global stakeholders.
