Job Description
Build the industrial cooperation function driving Kongsberg Maritime’s growth in the naval defence market
Kongsberg Maritime has clear ambitions for significant growth within the maritime defence segment. Over many years, the company has successfully developed, sold and delivered advanced solutions, including propulsion systems and stabilisers, to navies and coast guards worldwide.
Our activities within the maritime defence market are expected to grow further through a broader offering of products, solutions and services. The most important growth will come from increased focus on automation and control, energy, and digital services, including maritime simulators.
Industrial cooperation is a central part of international defence trade and represents an important strategic tool for winning contracts, both in Norway and internationally. Offset and industrial cooperation are therefore defined as strategic core elements in Kongsberg Maritime’s continued development within the Naval market. As a result of this strategic focus and increasing activity level, a dedicated central function for industrial cooperation is now being established. In this context, we are seeking a Director Industrial Cooperation who will play a leading role in building and further developing this function.
High travel activity should be expected during certain periods.
