Joining the Equity Admission team means becoming part of one of Europe's leading market infrastructure groups and playing a direct role in maintaining fair, orderly and transparent capital markets. We are looking for a highly motivated Equity Admission Manager to join our team in Oslo.
Reporting to the Senior Admission Manager – Oslo, you will assess companies seeking admission to trading on Euronext markets, with a particular focus on Oslo. You will ensure compliance with Euronext's Rule Book and applicable legal and regulatory requirements while supporting the integrity and development of the European capital markets.
Working closely with issuers, investment banks, law firms, financial advisers and internal stakeholders, you will provide legal and regulatory guidance throughout the listing process. This is an opportunity to work on high-profile equity transactions at the intersection of law, regulation and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess applications for admission to trading in accordance with Euronext's Rule Book and applicable regulations.
- Evaluate companies' legal structure, governance, financial position and business model to determine listing eligibility.
- Identify and assess legal, regulatory and reputational risks.
- Review prospectuses, corporate documentation and other admission materials.
- Prepare recommendations supporting admission decisions.
- Coordinate the listing process from application through first day of trading.
- Act as the main point of contact for issuers and advisers during the admission process.
- Advise on listing rules, continuing obligations, exemptions, transfers and delistings.
- Monitor regulatory developments and contribute to improvements of internal policies and processes.
- Support commercial and strategic initiatives by providing regulatory expertise.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within capital markets, corporate finance, investment banking, legal advisory, audit or financial regulation.
- Master's degree in Law, Finance, Business or Audit.
- Strong understanding of equity capital markets, IPOs and corporate finance.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
