Senior FP&A & Data Analyst

Your Mission

As a Senior FP&A & Data Analyst, you will play a central role in shaping how Finance supports decision-making across a leading European SaaS business. This is a hybrid role that combines commercial FP&A, business partnering, and modern data analytics.

Core Responsibilities

• Own and continuously develop forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning models across ARR, revenue, billing, cash flow, and operating expenses.
• Design and develop scalable reporting solutions, dashboards, and data models using BI and other analytical tools.
• Drive automation and digitalization of Finance processes by leveraging modern analytics, AI-powered tools, and workflow automation.
• Act as a bridge between Finance, Operations, and Data teams to improve data governance and process alignment.
• Prepare insightful materials for Executive Leadership Team, Board, and investor reporting.
• Continuously challenge existing processes and drive a culture of data-driven decision-making.
