About the Role

As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll design and build the pipelines, models, and platforms that make analytics reliable, timely, and trustworthy across the business. You'll operate across large, partially defined scopes, contributing to architectural decisions, driving down technical debt, and raising the standard of data engineering practice across the team.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines that power analytics and business decision-making.
• Improve data models, ingestion logic, and processing frameworks for performance and long-term maintainability.
• Own the resolution of complex data quality and system-level issues.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help shape the future of Ardoq's data platform.
• Drive down high-complexity technical debt in a way that builds sustainable scalability.
• Help onboard and mentor newer engineers, raising the team's capability alongside your own.
