Content Producer

Nammo is a world-leading provider of specialty ammunition, shoulder-fired weapons, and rocket motors. As we continue to grow, clear, engaging communication has never been more important, and we’re now looking for a Content Producer to join our Corporate Communications team.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into engaging visual content through design, video and digital media. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the organization to bring stories, initiatives and ideas to life, helping strengthen Nammo's communications across multiple channels.

What you'll do

As our Content Producer, you'll be responsible for creating engaging content that strengthens both our internal and external communications. Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing high-quality visual content, including presentations, campaign assets, intranet content and digital communication materials.
• Planning, filming and editing video content for leadership communication, internal updates, social media and employer branding.
• Managing day-to-day content production requests while ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across Communications, HR and the business to translate ideas into engaging visual content.
• Maintaining and contributing to the editorial calendar, while continuously improving storytelling formats and content performance.
• Ensuring consistent use of Nammo's visual identity and brand standards across all communication.
• Supporting corporate campaigns, internal events, town halls and other key communication initiatives throughout the year.
