Job Description
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join the Euronext Securities team. The position will be based in Oslo or Copenhagen, and can start from July. You will report directly to the CEOs of Euronext Securities Copenhagen and Euronext Securities Oslo.
You will primarily be responsible for:
- Managing active calendars of meetings, appointments and plans, coordinating and ensuring the CEOs’ schedules are followed and respected
- Supporting management meetings, including preparing agendas, drafting minutes and following up on actions
- Prioritising conflicting needs, handling matters proactively and expeditiously, and following through on issues to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
- Providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEOs’ offices and internal departments, demonstrating trust and support with senior management staff
- Keeping the CEOs well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, along with supporting materials
- Preparing correspondence, compiling and drafting documents and presentations
- Maintaining secure and efficient filing systems
- Arranging detailed travel itineraries including accommodation, agendas and documentation
- Completing expense reports and handling procurement and payment topics
- Maintaining full confidentiality and discretion on confidential matters
- Providing assistance as needed to daily operations, including supporting other Executive Assistants and activities in events, reception and facilities

Requirements
- You have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- You possess strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You have the ability to prioritise and work proactively, often under deadline pressure.
- You have at least three years of experience supporting senior executives or in a similar administrative role.
- You are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You demonstrate discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
