Student Worker -- Customer Services (Data & Process Optimization)

About the Role
Are you a student with an interest in data, analytics, digital tools, and process improvement? Would you like to gain hands-on experience within a global healthcare technology company? Siemens Healthineers has an opportunity for a Student Worker to join our Customer Care Center (CCC) team, within our Customer Services organisation.
The CCC is the customer's first point of contact with Siemens Healthineers and supports our teams of field service engineers. Tasks include registering inquiries, coordinating service assignments with customers and ordering equipment spare parts.
Role is approximately 10--14 hours per week to commence November 2026. In this role, you will become an integrated part of our Customer Care Center (CCC) team and receive training in the processes, systems, and responsibilities of a Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with customer inquiries, service coordination, spare parts administration, and planning activities.
- Review and analyze existing Excel-based tools, reports, and processes.
- Support the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of workflows.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Must be in the early or mid-stage of studies with an interest in a long-term student position.
- Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in working with data.
- Comfortable working with Excel and other digital tools.
- Effective communication skills in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
