In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Generate an unconstrained demand plan.
• Conduct finished goods rationalization in coordination with relevant functions.
• Measure, report, and drive improvement in demand planning accuracy.

Main accountabilities:

• Creating and maintaining the rolling 12-24 months demand forecasts for assigned products across all sales channels and segments.
• Assembling and analyzing data pertinent to creating an unconstrained demand plan while ensuring forecast accuracy and data integrity.
• Supporting Sales by providing guidance on global demand for specific products and assisting with the consolidation of the demand plan.
• Monitoring finished goods Stock Keeping Units (SKU) levels, recommending SKU rationalization initiatives.
• Identifying capacity bottlenecks early and proposing capacity solutions in coordination with Norwegian and Polish manufacturing sites.

Work model: Hybrid (Primarily Skien, Norway, with flexibility for remote work).
