Lead TOMRA’s Global Application Landscape

TOMRA Group IT is searching for a new Senior Manager, Head of IT Application Services, a high‑level leadership role responsible for driving the development, governance, and delivery of TOMRA’s application landscape across the global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Strategy & Stakeholder Management: Translate TOMRA’s business and Group IT strategy into a clear Application Services roadmap and build strong relationships across Business Divisions, Group Functions, and Group IT.
• Project & Delivery Leadership: Lead and coordinate application‑related projects and initiatives across TOMRA, ensuring clear scope, ownership, and operational readiness.
• Policies, Governance & Performance: Implement and promote Group IT Application Services policies, frameworks, and best practices while defining KPIs to measure performance.
• Finance & Budget Management: Prepare and manage the Application Services budget and oversee external spend and contracts.
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing global Application Services team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
