Front desk agent - Your summer & autumn job with a view from Kvaløya

About the Position -- Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for managing the customer pickup experience and ensuring a smooth and professional handover of our rental vehicles (camper vans and RVs). This includes welcoming customers at the front desk, completing rental documentation, explaining vehicle features, and conducting handovers both inside the office and outside at the vehicle.

You will also be responsible for:

• Keeping the front office tidy, organized, and presentable at all times
• Handling phone inquiries and customer communication
• Coordinating bookings and vehicle pickups
• Organizing airport pickups when required

This job can be highly rewarding and at the same time very busy. The right candidate should be service-minded, structured, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You should be confident working independently while also supporting the operational team when needed.
