Asian cook/chef
Monsun Restaurant is a well-established Asian restaurant in Oslo offering a diverse menu inspired by Vietnamese and East Asian cuisine. We are a fast-growing and dynamic restaurant with a strong focus on quality, teamwork, and authentic flavors.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook Asian dishes according to our menu and standards.
- Maintain high quality, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team during service.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen organization.
Requirements
- You must have experience with East Asian cuisine such as Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, or Chinese.
- You should be familiar with Asian ingredients and cooking techniques.
- You must be flexible, reliable, and able to work cooperatively in a team.
- You should have a positive attitude and enthusiasm for food.
- You must be solution-oriented and able to work independently.
- You must be able to handle stress during busy service hours.
