HSE Personnel for Construction Projects
We are recruiting HSE professionals for construction and infrastructure projects. We welcome both experienced candidates and recent graduates who want to help create safe workplaces and strong safety cultures.
The Role
As an HSE Coordinator or Advisor, you will support daily safety activities on construction sites. You will work closely with project managers, supervisors, workers, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HSE activities on construction sites
- Assist with HSE planning, implementation, and documentation
- Participate in risk assessments and safety reviews
- Attend site inspections and project meetings
- Follow up on incidents, observations, and improvement actions
- Promote compliance with HSE procedures and requirements
- Support project teams and subcontractors
- Help build a strong safety culture through clear communication
- Maintain project documentation and reporting
- Provide HSE training and guidance
Requirements
- Education in HSE, construction, engineering, risk management, safety leadership, or related fields.
- Experience from construction projects or site operations is an advantage.
- Knowledge of risk assessments, safety plans, and incident management.
- Good communication skills in Norwegian; English is a plus.
- Strong digital and documentation skills.
- Driver's license (Class B) preferred.
