Job Description
The Director Investigation is part of Telenor Group Internal Audit & Investigation (GIAI) team. Our functional reporting line is to the Telenor ASA Board of Directors through the Board’s Risk and Audit Committee. We are now looking for a Director Investigation who will manage reported concerns from the time they are reported in the Integrity Hotline to their conclusion reporting to VP Investigation and Data Analytics. You will manage Integrity hotline's incoming cases, lead investigations, deliver integrity awareness related training, and support other projects and initiative within GIAI’s domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reported concerns, including internal stakeholder management and follow-up/dialogue with reporters.
- Lead the planning, execution, delivery, and follow-up of investigations across Telenor’s subsidiaries from the mandate to its conclusion.
- Carry out investigative interviews, document review, data analysis and data forensic related work.
- Be part of planning and carrying out integrity awareness training sessions across Telenor’s subsidiaries.
- Maintain and update the Case Management System for handling assigned reported concerns.
- Contribute to enhancing and developing GIAI’s investigation methodology framework.
Requirements
- You must have at least 10 years of work experience in corporate investigation, internal/external audit, or a similar field.
- A Master’s degree in Business, Audit, Economics, Law, Engineering, or Criminology is required.
- Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
- The role requires the ability to obtain security clearance according to the Norwegian Security Act.
- You must be willing to travel to Telenor’s sites for investigation purposes.
