About the Role

We are hiring an Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Glomfjord data centre. Working closely with the Site Director and Infrastructure Operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our site by providing administrative support across workplace operations, procurement, finance, travel coordination, and documentation.

What you'll be doing

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site leadership team, prepare documents, and manage correspondence.
  • Calendar, Travel & Meeting Coordination: Coordinate diaries, book travel and accommodation, and support internal meetings.
  • Procurement & Financial Administration: Support purchase order administration, invoice processing, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain filing systems, ensure operational documentation is up to date, and support audit/compliance records.
  • Office & Workplace Management: Manage office supplies, maintain a professional working environment, and support visitors and new starters.
  • Reporting & Operational Support: Prepare routine reports and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.

Requirements

  • You must have 2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role.
  • You must have experience working in fast-paced environments such as technology, logistics, or industrial operations.
  • You must be fluent in both English and Norwegian to support local vendors and stakeholders.
  • You must possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You must be willing to work on-site in Glomfjord on a full-time basis.
