Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team at Keyser Social Oslo. The ideal candidate will have a background in Asian cuisine, a genuine passion and interest for Asian flavors, coupled with leadership skills and a creative approach to menu development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire our kitchen team to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting growth and professional development among kitchen staff.
• Manage kitchen inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships, optimizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Work closely with management to achieve business goals, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive revenue growth.
