Job Description:

Arctic Guides - Seasonal, temporary contract 1 November 2026 - 31 March 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide groups of tourists on Snowshoes tour, Cross-Country skis, Reindeer Feeding & Storytelling and Northern Lights Watch.
• Provide guests with information about the Northern Lights, the arctic nature and its surroundings and the cultural and historical background of our fjords.
• Assist guests with photography tips and techniques to help them capture stunning images of the Northern Lights.
• Prepare and serve hot drinks, snacks and traditional lunch such as bidos for some tours.
• Start and manage a campfire when needed, ensuring safety and a comfortable experience for guests.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests during tours.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Stay informed about current Northern Lights forecasts and local weather conditions.
