  • Escalate complex network, infrastructure, and facility issues to senior engineers while providing accurate diagnostics and updates.
  • Monitor environmental systems, including power, cooling, and Building Management System (BMS) alarms.
  • Log, prioritize, and manage incidents through the ticketing system.
  • Perform routine operational checks and follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support shift handovers by documenting active incidents, maintenance activities, and operational risks.
  • Work closely with Network Engineering, Data Centre Operations, Facilities, and Security teams.
  • Contribute to root cause investigations and identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Solid understanding of core networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, and firewalls.
  • Basic comfort level working with Linux/Unix command lines and Windows Server environments.
  • Ability to work a flexible shift schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
