Personnel and course coordinator
On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Personnel and course coordinator.
Job Description:
- Course coordinator - managing and coordinating participation (2-300 personell) in defined courses and training (circa 170 items of smaller and larger type, both internal and external courses and training sessions).
- Cooperate and coordinate with primary vendor course organiser, and Company Training & Competency Dept.
- Organising and managing Pre-Ops participation in daily Project construction yard activities by allocating technicians, in cooperation with Ops and maintenance Supervisor.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have robust experience from similar duties in a new build O&G Project.
Primary work location will be Stord, with some work in Stavanger.

Requirements
- Candidates must have robust experience from similar duties in a new build O&G Project.
- You must be able to manage and coordinate participation for 200-300 personnel in various training sessions.
- You must be able to organize and manage Pre-Ops participation in daily project construction yard activities.
- You must be proficient in English and Norwegian.
