Job Description

DK NEJET is a Ukrainian–Latvian software-driven defense-tech group designing and manufacturing autonomous next-generation FPV drone systems for modern warfare. Our cost-effective solutions span both air-to-ground and air-to-air (interceptor) domains, addressing the full spectrum of modern battlefield needs.

As we continue expanding our R&D capabilities, we are looking for an Integration Engineer who will play a key role in integrating hardware components into complete UAV platforms, solving complex technical challenges, and supporting the development of next-generation unmanned systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical issues arising during UAV development and integration.
  • Integrate individual hardware modules into complete UAV platforms, including electronics, radio modules, sensors, autopilots, power systems, and payloads.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement team to evaluate components, analyze suppliers, identify optimal solutions, and validate alternative parts.
  • Develop engineering solutions to improve product functionality, stability, and overall system reliability.
  • Define technical requirements for new prototypes, verify compliance, and coordinate validation and testing activities.
  • Analyze test results, flight logs, system failures, and technical issues, providing recommendations for hardware and software improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, integration diagrams, engineering specifications, and assembly instructions.
  • Participate in strategic planning and continuous development of the company's product portfolio.

We Offer

  • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge autonomous FPV drone technologies used in modern defense environments.
  • Direct collaboration with highly skilled R&D, engineering, and production teams across Ukraine and Latvia.
  • Professional growth together with a rapidly scaling international defense-tech company.
  • Competitive compensation package and meaningful impact through your work.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of electronics, radio communication systems, data transmission technologies, power systems, motors, ESCs, and embedded hardware.
  • Hands-on experience working with engineering prototypes and R&D projects, including development, integration, testing, and optimization.
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, datasheets, and engineering specifications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic engineering approach.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with R&D, Procurement, Production, and external stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
