Position Overview
As a Senior Cybernetics Engineer at VOCA, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of state-of-the-art cybernetic systems. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, integration, and optimization of intelligent systems that exhibit adaptive behavior in response to dynamic environments.
Key Responsibilities
- System design and architecture: Lead the conceptualization and design of cybernetic systems and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Algorithm development: Spearhead the development and implementation of advanced algorithms for sensor fusion, feedback control, and adaptive learning.
- Machine learning integration: Drive the integration of machine learning models to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Hardware and software integration: Oversee the integration of cybernetic components with hardware and software systems.
- Testing and validation: Develop comprehensive testing protocols to validate functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation including design specifications, test plans, and operational manuals.
- Research and development: Stay at the forefront of advancements in cybernetics and AI.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Cybernetics, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing cybernetic systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++.
- Experience with real-time processing and control systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
