Job Description
Technical Project Manager
Do you have a clear vision on structuring IT projects and the drive to bring complex software implementations to life? Your strengths lie in taking ownership, your natural curiosity, and your ability to bring structure to fast-paced environments. You are an assertive communicator who knows how to safeguard project boundaries.
About the role
As our Technical Project Manager, you will professionalize our software deployments and accelerate customer onboarding (both SaaS and On-Premises). You are the crucial link between our clients and our technical teams. Your main challenge is safeguarding project scope, preventing scope creep, and translating customer demands into structured, actionable tasks. By acting as a strategic filter, you shield our development and delivery teams from constant disruptions. In this role, you focus on the Swedish market for Documaster (part of xxllnc) and work from our office in Oslo (hybrid).
Key responsibilities
- Manage the planning, execution, and completion of customer onboarding and software implementation projects.
- Replace manual rollouts with structured, repeatable onboarding processes to get customers live faster.
- Monitor project progress and risks, keeping implementations strictly within agreed boundaries.
- Translate customer requirements and regulatory needs into clear tasks for developers and consultants.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, allowing our technical teams to focus without disruptions.
- Assist in drafting professional project timelines, methodologies, and resource planning for tenders.
What we offer
- A role with significant responsibility within a fast-growing international organization.
- Flexibility with a hybrid setup and a base at our office in Oslo.
- Direct impact on vital software for the public sector.
- Competitive salary, pension, insurance and home-office allowance.
- Unlimited access to the xxllnc Academy for your growth.
- A warm, passionate team with plenty of room for fun and events.
Requirements
- You have 5 to 8 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within a software/SaaS company.
- You possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level.
- You have a solid understanding of cloud architecture, API integrations, and information security.
- You have practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
- You are fluent in English and a Nordic language, preferably Swedish.
