Strategy Manager in Personal Banking Office
We are looking for a Strategy Manager to be part of Personal Banking Office. This is a unique opportunity for you to contribute to shaping Personal Banking's transformation, while working closely with senior leaders to support our ambition to be the leading relationship bank in the Nordics for personal banking customers.

Welcome to the Personal Banking (PeB) Office team! We add value by developing the PeB strategy and driving its execution. We continuously strengthen the governance for the PeB Leadership team and strive to create strong coherency between the strategic agenda and the commercial and technology priorities.
Main responsibilities
- Develop high-quality analyses of market, customer and competitor dynamics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Translate complex topics into clear, impactful communication materials for senior leadership.
- Contribute to the design, scoping and execution of high-impact initiatives.
- Work hands-on with large and complex datasets to generate insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Develop analytical frameworks, KPIs and follow-up structures to track progress.
Requirements
- You have experience in strategy and business planning combined with strong project management skills.
- You possess strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into strategic implications.
- You have strong analytical capabilities to navigate and solve complex business challenges.
- You have experience in supporting senior leaders with good references.
- You hold an MSc or similar higher degree.
