Lead UX Designer, AI Product Transformation

As our UX Lead for AI Product Transformation, you'll define what agentic experiences actually look and feel like — designing entirely new interaction paradigms where autonomous systems monitor, decide, and act for car dealers, home buyers, recruiters, and second-hand sellers.

The Opportunity

This isn't about adding AI features to existing flows. It's about designing entirely new experiences at massive Nordic scale — and we measure success by whether users and customers genuinely adopt what we build, not by how impressive the AI looks on a demo slide.

What You'll Do

• Lead Discovery & Concept Work: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to map out what's technically possible and user-centric.
• Drive User Research: Validate entirely new interaction patterns. Since much of what we are building has no established industry playbook, you will be setting the standard.
• Evolve Design Frameworks: Create flexible, scalable design systems that translate complex AI behaviours into clear, predictable, and trustworthy user experiences.
• Co-Create & Coach: Work synchronously with ML engineers to understand model capabilities and constraints, while raising the design bar and mentoring other designers across the broader Vend community.
