Engineering Manager Product

Nordic Semiconductor is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team in Oslo, working on “nRF Cloud powered by Memfault”. Our platform gives hardware teams the tools to monitor, debug, and update IoT devices in production.

You'll manage a team of 6-8 engineers building the unified web platform that ties all of this together. That means you're accountable for the team's productivity, the quality of what they ship, and the growth of the people on it. You'll work closely with product management and design to turn business priorities into engineering execution, and you'll have real ownership over how the team operates day to day.
