Healthcare Worker / Nurse Wanted for a Unique Construction Project in Narvik

We are currently looking for a skilled and dependable healthcare worker or registered nurse to join a large and unique construction project in Narvik. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a major international project - the kind of experience that may only come along once in a lifetime.

This is a Monday to Friday daytime position, based directly at the construction site. You will play an important role in supporting the health, safety and well-being of everyone working on the project.

About the role

As the on-site healthcare professional, you will be the first point of contact for medical incidents and health-related situations that may arise during the working day. You should be comfortable working independently, remaining calm under pressure and making sound professional decisions when required.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing first aid and initial medical assistance following injuries or acute incidents
• Assessing whether further medical treatment or emergency assistance is required
• Following up minor injuries, illness and other health-related concerns
• Supporting the project's emergency preparedness and preventive health and safety work
• Inspecting and maintaining first-aid supplies and medical emergency equipment
• Documenting incidents, assessments and follow-up actions
• Working closely with project management, HSE personnel and other site representatives
