Would you like to join us as a driver in Råde on weekends? As a driver with us, you play an essential role in representing Oda to our customers. You will be part of our dedicated team of drivers and report to the Delivery Operating Manager and the Delivery Team Leaders on-site. You’ll be delivering groceries and packages to our many customers in the area.
What you’ll be doing as a Driver 🚚
- Delivering food and packages to our customers.
- Maintain efficiency and quality in our work by loading and unloading goods, handling customers, and implementing routines and processes.
- Ensuring Customer service at the highest level.
- Be responsible for simple maintenance of the car fleet, such as changing light bulbs, topping up liquids, and keeping the cars clean and presentable at all times.
- Training new drivers on the road.
- Contributing to the improvement of driver routines and processes.
Requirements
- You must hold a valid driving license (Class B) with a minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
- You must be fluent in English, while knowledge of Norwegian or another Nordic language is considered a plus.
- You must be physically active and capable of handling a job that involves significant physical activity.
- You should be able to work independently as well as effectively within a team.
- You must possess a strong work ethic and a service-oriented mindset.
- You must be responsible and prioritize safe behavior in traffic at all times.
