Interim Talent Development & Culture partner

We are looking for an Interim Talent Development & Culture Partner to support the People & Communications team of an international company based in Oslo. This is not a traditional HR generalist role; we are looking for someone who can create structure, coordinate stakeholders, drive progress, and independently deliver initiatives from planning through execution.

About the assignment

The company is strengthening how it works with culture, values, learning, and employer branding across the organization. You will take ownership of defined projects and initiatives within Talent Development and culture, with a key focus on leading the practical development and structuring of learning content in the company’s new learning platform.

Tasks include:

  • Supporting the development, communication, and implementation of new values and desired behaviours.
  • Planning and executing initiatives that strengthen company culture.
  • Leading the development and structuring of learning content.
  • Coordinating content owners, subject matter experts, and stakeholders.
  • Developing content structures, templates, and learning plans.
  • Supporting process standardization and optimization within Talent Development.
  • Contributing to Employer Branding, EVP, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Preparing project plans, presentations, communication materials, and status updates.
  • Maintaining timelines, meeting structures, decision logs, and progress tracking.
  • Ensuring structure, momentum, and follow-through across several parallel workstreams.

Requirements

  • You have relevant experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, organizational development, or project management.
  • You possess the ability to work both strategically and operationally to translate plans into tangible results.
  • You are comfortable coordinating stakeholders and driving progress across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • You have experience with the development of learning content or the administration of an LMS/learning platform.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Relevant higher education within HR, organizational psychology, communication, or a related field is preferred.
