Founding Engineer

Landmarker (formerly Hartech Technology AS) is looking for a Founding Engineer to join our team in Oslo. This is an on-site role where you will own the platform architecture, codebase, and technical direction.

The Problem

Under every street in Europe, there are pipes and cables without reliable maps. We are building the workflow to manage excavation permits and the pipeline to capture and digitize infrastructure data, turning unstructured records into trusted spatial data.

What you will own

• The platform: Architecture, codebase, and technical direction. You will build it mostly by yourself initially.
• International scalability: Designing the architecture to handle different regulatory regimes and public registries across countries.
• Data engineering: Converting analogue and semi-structured archives into positioned, versioned, queryable geometry.
• Integration: Connecting with public registries, utility data, and national digital infrastructure.
• Technical leadership: Acting as the technical voice in the room with partners, customers, and public bodies.
