Finance Manager
We are looking for an engaged Finance Manager to be a member of the central finance team in KM, Kongsberg Maritime Customer Support Division. You will be responsible for financial reporting and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control both in the parts of the Division and Business Units with main focus towards the Energy & Control unit.
Key accountabilities
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Forecasting of trends, profitability and activity
- Close partner to management and support finance team members
- Contribute to establish strong finance routines and processes across the division

Requirements
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or economics.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within finance.
- You possess forward-looking skills, including forecasting and analytical work.
- You demonstrate a business strategic mindset.
- You are a strong team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
