Nordic Semiconductor is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a product engineering team in Oslo, working on “nRF Cloud powered by Memfault”. Our platform gives hardware teams the tools to monitor, debug, and update IoT devices in production.

Key Responsibilities

• Own your team's productivity and output, proactively identifying blockers and shaping workflows.
• Build and maintain a healthy team culture, setting clear expectations and fostering collaboration.
• Partner with product and design to translate business priorities into engineering plans.
• Own the hiring process for your team, from defining roles to closing candidates.
• Coach and develop engineers through 1:1s, goal setting, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Stay technically engaged by reviewing architecture and technical decisions.
• Drive execution with effective project management techniques and clear communication across the organization.
