We are looking for a Strategic Partner to be part of Personal Banking Office. This is a unique opportunity for you to contribute to shaping Personal Banking's transformation, while working closely with senior leaders to support our ambition to be the leading relationship bank in the Nordics for personal banking customers.

Welcome to the Personal Banking (PeB) Office team! We add value by developing the PeB strategy and driving its execution. We continuously strengthen the governance for the PeB Leadership team and strive to create strong coherency between the strategic agenda and the commercial and technology priorities.
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Drive the development and execution of the Personal Banking strategy, with clear focus on translating strategic priorities into tangible commercial outcomes.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to the Head of Personal Banking, shaping priorities through fact-based insights and forward-looking analysis.
- Support commercial management and steering across the Nordics, ensuring best practices are scaled across countries.
- Establish and drive a data- and performance-driven operating rhythm to ensure delivery on strategic ambitions.
- Design, implement and calibrate cross-functional and cross-country initiatives, ensuring end-to-end execution and measurable impact.
- Cultivate collaboration with teams across the value chain to achieve optimal outcomes for our customers and the Group.
Requirements
- You have extensive expertise in strategy development and business planning, complemented by impressive project management experience.
- You possess strong financial acumen with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear strategic implications.
- You have a proven track record of driving complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end while aligning senior stakeholders.
- You hold an MSc or similar higher degree.
- You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities to navigate and solve complex business challenges.
