Job Description
Are you a motivated student looking to gain hands-on experience within HR while continuing your studies? We are now looking for an HR Intern to join our team on a part-time (20%) basis, starting August/September.
About the Role
As an HR Intern, you will gain valuable exposure to a wide range of HR activities and processes, working closely with experienced HR professionals. You will have the opportunity to contribute to both operational and strategic tasks, while building a strong understanding of how HR supports the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning of career events and university relations activities.
- Assist with administration in our internal training portal.
- Contribute to HR processes such as onboarding of employees and interns, and system updates.
- Assist colleagues with various administrative tasks.

Requirements
- You are currently a student in HR, organizational studies, or a related field.
- You are preferably in your 3rd or 4th year of studies.
- You have strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- You work in a structured manner.
- You are proactive and eager to learn.
