The Position

As a Logistics Operations Specialist EMEA, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and reliable logistics operations across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse and transportation activities, managing relationships with logistics partners, and driving continuous improvements that enhance service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities

  • Logistics Operations Management: Manage and monitor day-to-day operations of Stokke's third-party warehouse partners across the EMEA region. Support inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure high service levels and operational efficiency.
  • Inventory & Performance Management: Monitor inventory levels and logistics KPIs, taking proactive actions to optimize capacity, inventory health, returns, rework, and scrap management. Track and evaluate logistics provider performance against agreed service levels.
  • Continuous Improvement & Project Management: Identify opportunities to improve warehouse, transportation, and distribution processes. Support the development of new logistics services for both Retail and Ecommerce channels.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders to ensure strong operational performance. Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Compliance, Forecasting & Reporting: Support logistics forecasting and reporting activities. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including customs, Intrastat, and environmental reporting.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehousing, transportation, logistics operations, or supply chain management.
  • Experience working with third-party logistics providers and freight forwarders.
  • Proven track record in project management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent in English.
