We are now looking for a Go-to-Market Portfolio Manager to drive our growth strategy in Norway. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and enjoys turning market insights into customer value.
Your Role
As Go-to-Market Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and optimizing our Software & Services portfolio for the Norwegian market. Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Nordic stakeholders, you will ensure our offerings are easy to buy, easy to sell, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans that support growth and market expansion.
- Own and Optimize the Portfolio: Manage and continuously improve the Software & Services Catalogue.
- Transform Insights into Value: Translate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into customer-centric solutions.
- Execute with Impact: Balance strategic planning with operational execution.
- Drive Innovation: Stay ahead of developments within HR technology, SaaS, AI, and customer needs.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, Portfolio Management, or Strategic Marketing.
- You possess proven success in launching, scaling, and optimizing commercial offerings.
- You have experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- You are fluent in both Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
- You are comfortable operating as part of a management team.
