Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to support one of Europe's largest hyperscale data centre construction projects. The successful candidate will provide on-site occupational health services, emergency medical support, fitness-for-work assessments, health surveillance, and workforce wellbeing initiatives for a large multinational construction workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Occupational Health: Conduct fitness-for-work assessments, health screening, and monitoring. Maintain confidential medical records and provide advice to management.
- Emergency Medical Response: Provide immediate medical assessment and treatment of workplace injuries. Act as the primary on-site medical responder and support emergency drills.
- Workforce Wellbeing: Promote health and mental health awareness, deliver health campaigns, and provide guidance on fatigue management.
- Site Medical Facilities: Manage the site medical centre, maintain first aid equipment, and ensure medical facilities remain compliant.
- Safety and Compliance: Support Health, Safety and Environmental objectives and provide professional medical input to risk assessments.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare medical activity reports, monitor health trends, and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- You must hold a Registered Nurse qualification with valid registration in Norway or eligibility for recognition.
- You must possess an Occupational Health Nursing qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- You are required to have current First Aid, Trauma Care, and CPR certification.
- You must have experience working on construction, industrial, energy, oil & gas, mining, defence, or major infrastructure projects.
- You should have a strong understanding of occupational health legislation and workplace health management.
