Report directly to our Driver Operating Managers and Team Leaders at your site as an essential part of our dedicated delivery team.

• Be a Customer Hero: You’ll be on the road bringing groceries and smiles directly to our customers, ensuring a top-notch "Oda experience" at every doorstep.
• Keep the wheels turning: You’ll handle loading and unloading with speed and care, ensuring every box arrives in perfect condition.
• Own your ride: You’ll take pride in your van, keeping it clean, presentable, and ready for the road.
• Pay it forward: You’ll help onboard and train new colleagues, sharing your best tips and tricks from the road.
• Make us better: You’ll contribute your ideas to help us improve our routines and ways of working.
