About the role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating power transformer and other relevant electrical equipment projects across Norway.
You will work closely with customers, subcontractors and our engineering teams in South Korea to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and in accordance with required quality standards.
Depending on project scope and resource requirements, you may also take an active Site Supervisor or Site Coordinator role during key project phases, including installation, commissioning, punch list resolution and other post-installation support activities.
This position involves frequent travel throughout Norway. Travel may include both longer site assignments during major installation projects and shorter visits for inspections, project close-out activities, punch list resolution and customer support.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules with customers, subcontractors and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve technical, operational and scheduling issues and lead the project meetings.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality and contractual project requirements.
- Support installation, commissioning, site inspections, punch list resolution and post-installation customer support.
- Serve as Site Supervisor or Site Coordinator during selected project phases when required.
- Support project reviews, lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project execution, engineering or site work within the power, onshore or offshore industries.
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent technical/field service experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation.
- Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English.
- Valid Class B driving license.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Norway.
