Crunched - Marketing Lead
Crunched is building an autonomous AI analyst that works directly inside Excel. Backed by Y Combinator and 55M NOK in seed funding, we are building our core team in Oslo and looking for a hands-on Marketing Lead who can turn a strong product into content and campaigns people notice.
Why we believe Crunched can win
AI for Excel is an extremely competitive market with enormous upside. Our strategy is deliberately different: we build for the top 1-2% of Excel power users and the highly specific workflows they depend on. We do not believe the largest general-purpose players are sufficiently incentivized to go this deep for this demanding segment.
What you'll do
- Create product videos, ads, LinkedIn content and other high-quality marketing assets.
- Own content production from idea and concept to publishing.
- Plan and run events that build awareness and customer relationships.
- Shape Crunched's positioning, messaging and tone of voice.
- Test channels and campaigns quickly, learn from performance and scale what works.
- Ideally own or contribute hands-on to performance marketing and paid acquisition.

Requirements
- You have 2-5 years of relevant marketing or content experience.
- You have a strong portfolio showing work you created yourself.
- You combine creative judgment with speed and commercial thinking.
- You can work independently and take ownership from day one.
- You are comfortable switching between product storytelling, content, campaigns and events.
