The Job
Join a growing company where you will help strengthen our Finance function and support our continued success. We are looking for a motivated Project Controller to join our Finance team. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers, Operations and Sales to provide financial insight, commercial support, and accurate project reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Project controlling, including cost, revenue, hours, cash flow, contracts, invoicing and VOR tracking.
- Project budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis.
- Support Project Managers with commercial follow-up, including VORs, invoicing and client meetings when required.
- Assist in identifying and managing commercial and contractual risk.
- Prepare project and management reports, including selected KPIs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project reporting, financial processes, and digital tools.
Requirements
- You hold an MSc or BSc degree in Finance or Economics disciplines.
- You have relevant experience in project control or a similar finance role.
- You possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- You have a proactive mindset and a structured approach to work.
- You have a keen ability to learn and improve systems and processes.
