Coordinator - Logistics -- Export/Import & Freight Forwarding
Engineering Consultants Norway AS is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to manage export/import shipments and freight forwarding operations.
Job Description
- Coordinate export/import shipments on behalf of the Company and global customers.
- Planning and implementing transportation of goods for both international and domestic shipments.
- Prepare shipment documents in accordance with the Logistics Aftermarket processes and Company policies.
- Manage 3rd party logistics.
- Provide multiple services and assistance on behalf of internal and external customers within the discipline.
- Perform various back-office tasks and documentation.

Requirements
- Degree in Logistics or similar, and/or minimum two years relevant experience with Logistics, Shipping or Freight Forwarding.
- Mandatory knowledge of Incoterms.
- Strong supply chain understanding, both theoretical and practical.
- Must be structured, accurate and service-minded.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English is required, both verbally and in writing.
