Our client is a leading global company within the energy, oil & gas sector. To support increased operational activity, we are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join a dedicated logistics team in Kristiansand.
The team is responsible for coordinating shipments of spare parts, service equipment, and project deliveries to customers and internal operations worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate export and import shipments for international and domestic deliveries.
- Plan and execute transportation of goods in collaboration with carriers and logistics providers.
- Prepare shipping and customs documentation in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate third-party logistics activities.
- Provide support and assistance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle various administrative and documentation-related tasks.
- Work closely with supply chain teams, sales departments, and global customers.

Requirements
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field, and/or minimum two years of relevant industry experience.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international transportation processes.
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Norwegian, written and spoken.
